Yay! I think I finally found a way to use this thing regularly. I just got the bold idea to post my jogging progress on here since I'm not using it for anything else. After just jogging what I'm guessing was somewhere between 4 and 5 miles it's really hard to believe that just four months ago I ran a marathon. My new yellow shoes and a four month vacation from running didn't seem like enough to keep my jank ass knee from feeling like it was splitting in two. I think from here on I'll start logging in here how far I ran (or think I ran), where I ran to, and then I'll rate how different parts of my body feel on a scale of 1-10. 1 shall be denoted as no pain or discomfort at all, while 10 shall be known as King Screaming Like a Leprous School Girl Being Electrocuted by Nazis The Third! Perhaps one day I will get the bold idea to run with a stop watch and... gasp... Time myself!

So I guess my body isn't TOTALLY out of shape. My legs seem to have held up pretty well. I got two cramps, but my breathing exercises I taught myself were enough to get rid of them. Now if only I could fix this God damn knee...
